About the Role
Class People are offering a Guaranteed Hours Contract for Nursery Practitioners qualified to Level 2 or above across Gloucestershire . This role provides the security of regular, guaranteed pay while still offering the variety and flexibility of working in different early years settings.
You'll be placed in nurseries local to you , with agreed hours that give you confidence and consistency week to week.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
Working in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families
Promoting safeguarding and children's wellbeing at all times
What We're Looking For
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
