Salary - £32,00-£33,000

Our Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role will be focussed on providing the very best care for our children and our colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed?
- Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
- To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
- Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
- Strong communication skills and a team player
What you will be asked to do:
- You are responsible for the day-to-day management of your own room encouraging good practice and being a good role model
- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
- Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room
- You are responsible for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
- Communicate with the parents - complete observations, maintain records & note next steps
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualified Early Years Practitioner - Part-time

Due to increased demand, we are looking to welcome Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated team in Barnwood. A full and relevant Early Years qualification, Level 2 or above is required with sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Safeguarding requirements. The role will involve working closely with the wider team caring for and educating children from birth to 4 years of age.
