Salary: £12.50 - £13.75 ph

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming team. You will play a vital role in supporting children aged 0-5 with a range of SEND needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language delays, and developmental challenges.

Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning and development plans.

Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.

Monitor and record children's progress, adapting strategies as needed.

Assist with personal care routines where appropriate.

About You:
Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Previous experience working with children with SEND in an early years setting.

A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of EHCP processes and early intervention strategies is desirable.
