Level 3+) Early Years or Qualified Montessori Teacher.

Saul Montessori is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) or a qualified Montessori Teacher to join our small, nurturing preschool.

The successful candidate will support children's learning and development through the Montessori approach and the EYFS, helping to create a calm, welcoming environment where children can thrive.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–5 years.
• Plan and support engaging, child-led learning experiences.
• Promote children's independence, confidence and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's learning in line with the EYFS.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Encourage outdoor learning and exploration in all seasons.
• Prepare and maintain an inviting, safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures
