Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner ready to inspire young learners?

The governors are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the Stonehouse Park Federation, supporting children aged 2–4 years in a vibrant, engaging, and nurturing environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a committed and professional team focused on delivering outstanding early years education through creativity, exploration, and play.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Create a stimulating, inclusive, and play-based learning environment
• Encourage curiosity through hands-on experiences and outdoor learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
• Champion a child-centred approach, ensuring every child thrives

About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Loves engaging with children and bringing learning to life
• Isn’t afraid to get stuck in (and enjoys messy play!)
• Embraces outdoor learning in all seasons
• Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to early years excellence

Essential Requirements
• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for learning through play and child development
