Fantastic Opportunity for a Nursery Manager

Are you an experienced early years leader ready to take the next step in a highly reputable, thriving nursery setting? Dean Close Little Trees are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team in our Tewkesbury Nursery, in Gloucestershire and continue building on our strong reputation for quality and care.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Provide strong, inspiring leadership to your team
  • Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and external professionals
  • Ensure the nursery continues to meet and exceed regulatory standards
  • Lead on safeguarding, curriculum delivery and team development
  • Manage occupancy, budgets and operational performance

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards while shaping the next phase of our growth and success.

About You

  • Experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional early years education and care
  • Confident in leading teams and driving performance
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
  • Level 3 or above in Early Years (Level 5 preferred)
