Pre-School Co-ordinator. Permanent. Hours: 22.75 hours per week (Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (including after-school staff meeting), Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm). Grade: Grade 5 (pts 11–14), £28,142 – £29,540 per annum pro rata (pay rise due April 2026; percentage increase to be confirmed). Start Date: September 2026.

Little Chestnuts Pre-school, based at Woodmancote School, is seeking an exceptional Pre-school Co ordinator to join our warm and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant and reflective school community that values inclusivity, high-quality practice and strong teamwork.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification, at least 1 years experience working in an early years setting and have a genuine passion for working with children. You will have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and understanding of assessment and record keeping. You will be proactive, positive and a collaborative team player who has experience of leading a team, making learning engaging and inspiring and the ability to build strong relationships with parents and children.

We can offer you a supportive and friendly staff team, a Governing Body that is both supportive and challenging, with a genuine commitment to staff wellbeing, pupil progress and the school’s role in the community, dedicated time for planning and meetings with the Co ordinator team, EYFS Lead and other pre-school staff.
