Mobile Contract Coordinator

Are you an organised, confident and people-focused individual who enjoys variety and being out and about?
We’re looking for a Mobile Contract Coordinator to join our motivated and professional team, supporting a large contract cleaning operation across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
Based from our office at Waterwells Business Park, Quedgeley, this is a hands on and varied role combining site visits, client support, team coordination and operational problem solving. A company pool car is provided.
The Role
As a Mobile Contract Coordinator, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our cleaning contracts operate smoothly and maintain consistently high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting a small number of local client contracts
- Carrying out regular site checks and quality inspections
- Completing inspection reports and associated administration, including follow-up visits
- Supporting cleaning teams with training, guidance and practical problem-solving
- Acting as a mobile member of the operational team, providing support where needed
- Reporting issues and helping to identify and implement improvements across our contracts
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Completing general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
- Confident visiting different client sites and interacting with a range of people
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding practical solutions
- Outgoing, approachable and professional
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and carrying out general administration
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence
Previous experience in cleaning, facilities management, contract coordination or administration would be beneficial, but we’re also interested in candidates who have the right attitude, organisational skills and willingness to learn.
Working Hours & Flexibility
This is a field based role with a varied working pattern. Site visits may occasionally require early starts from 4:30am, daytime visits and occasional evening visits.
The role is Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, but is not based around fixed daily hours, so a flexible approach is essential.
