Facilities Site Operative

We're Hiring: Facilities Site Operative - Commercial Sector 🚨

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

New builds and refurbishment deep cleans.
Industrial carpet cleaning using van mounted steam cleaning equipment, end of tenancy work.
Enhancing the professional appearance and functionality of workspaces.
External commercial windows and cladding, jet washing, roof cleaning and other associated tasks when required.
Maintaining high standards across industrial and commercial facilities
Using specialist tools and products to support site operations
Working independently or in a team to complete tasks to a high standard
Ensuring health, safety, and compliance procedures are followed at all times

✅ What You’ll Need:

A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good timekeeping and reliability
Experience in manual or industrial roles is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided
Flexibility with shifts and a positive, can-do attitude
