About The Role
Our Asset Team is looking for a new member to join their small, friendly office cleaning team.
The role will be based at the Woodgreen Offices, with occasional coverage at the Town Centre Shop/Office, 3 Welch Way, Witney.
Hours of Work:
• Monday - Thursday: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Friday: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
About the Role
You will carry out a range of cleaning duties across office buildings and facilities, ensuring that all assigned areas are kept clean, well-presented, and hygienic at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake general cleaning duties in and around office buildings
• Clean floors and rooms, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows and glass surfaces
• Empty waste bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste appropriately
• Replenish stock and cleaning supplies as required
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of designated areas
• Carry out additional duties appropriate to the role as required
Maintain restroom cleanliness, including:
o Restocking dispensers
o Cleaning and sanitising fixtures
o Cleaning mirrors, walls, and partition doors
o Mopping floors and cleaning toilets and urinals
About You
You will be a dependable and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
You will have:
• Previous cleaning experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• A responsible, reliable, and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
You may be asked to come in 30 minutes early to cover staff leave or sickness. This time will be paid at your standard hourly rate.
Special Conditions
• Flexibility to work reasonable additional hours in line with service needs
• Requirement to work at different locations where necessary
