Must have’s
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service and administrative experience, including upselling
- Previous telephone-based experience
- 5 GCSEs A*–C, including Maths and English
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage workload accurately and efficiently
Nice to have’s
- A Level qualifications
- Cert CII qualification
So, what will you be doing?
- Managing and prioritising work accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and internal colleagues
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team income targets
- Handling renewal queries by phone and in writing in a professional manner
- Listening to client needs and identifying suitable solutions
- Negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Producing accurate and professional documentation at all times
