Salary: Up to £50,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Office / Hybrid (depending on business needs)

Must Have’s
• Proven experience in insurance operations, underwriting or claims environments
• Bordereaux processing experience and/or strong exposure to underwriting and claims data
• Solid understanding of the claims lifecycle (property / household losses preferred)
• Experience managing service standards, SLAs and customer-focused KPIs
• Previous people management experience or strong leadership capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge constructively


Nice to Have’s
• Experience working with third-party system providers and operational vendors
• Power Query and Power BI experience
• SQL knowledge or experience
So, what will you be doing?
• Leading the delivery of core operational processes including onboarding, eligibility and claims settlement
• Ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
• Overseeing accurate processing of underwriting and claims bordereaux
• Managing daily interactions with third-party system providers to ensure system availability
• Line managing Operations Assistants, supporting development, empowerment and performance
• Supporting the resolution of complex participant and customer queries
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems
• Leading new systems development and implementation projects
