So, what will you be doing?

• Managing and maintaining a high-volume quote log
• Preparing and issuing quotes and policy documentation
• Handling incoming client enquiries and providing timely responses
• Supporting clients through the process of securing appropriate cover
• Building knowledge within a specialist sector to confidently handle technical queries
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with documentation standards
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
