- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work towards a Cert CII qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role
So, what will you be doing?
- Managing and maintaining a high-volume quote log
- Preparing and issuing quotes and policy documentation
- Handling incoming client enquiries and providing timely responses
- Supporting clients through the process of securing appropriate cover
- Building knowledge within a specialist sector to confidently handle technical queries
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with documentation standards
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
