Must Have’s

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong academic background, ideally with good grades (A*-C/9-4) in GCSE Maths and English, and/or A-Levels or a degree.
  • Ability to analyse information and problem solve
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance sector

Nice to have’s

  • Understanding of the general principles of insurance
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Previous experience working with data or administration (even informal experience)

So what will you be doing?

  • Creating documentation and gathering key information from files
  • Accurately entering, amending, and updating data on relevant systems
  • Responding to client and internal inquiries professionally
  • Reconciling and allocating payments to the correct records
  • Preparing reports and processing insurance premiums
  • Quality checking documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
