Must Have’s
• 5+ years’ experience in property or facilities management
• Minimum 2 years in an operations leadership or management role
• Demonstrable experience in maintenance planning, contractor oversight, and budget control
• Familiarity with lease agreements and tenancy lifecycle processes
Nice to Have’s
• Hands-on experience with property management systems, particularly Arthur and Fixflo
• Experience managing compliance with a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Background in social housing or regulated residential lettings
• Qualifications in health & safety, property compliance, or project management
What you’ll be doing
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including Property Coordinators, Property Managers, maintenance staff, and contractors
• Ensure properties remain compliant with regulations
• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes
• Act as a senior point of contact for tenant queries, complaints, and emergencies
• Work collaboratively with Lettings, Commercial and Legal teams to support tenant move-ins, renewals, and exits
• Drive performance across SLAs, internal KPIs, and contractual commitments
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee lease compliance
• Maintain alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and change protocols
