We have a great opportunity to join Cirencester College Pastoral team.
You will lead the development of our tutorial programme and our tutoring services and activities, managing your team in the provision of a highly effective and well attended tutorial programme. You will work with the pastoral team and use your combined skills, knowledge and experience to develop and deliver engaging tutorial lesson plans to ensure that students are well informed about how to keep safe, maintain good physical and mental health, are well informed about their progression opportunities and have experience and skills to help them achieve their career goals.
In addition, you will support the head of Pastoral in the delivery and continuous improvement of our overall pastoral services. Supporting the service on a day-to-day basis, handling the concerns of students and helping to tackle behavioural and attendance issues.
You will have done or be prepared to do Advanced Safeguarding training. Mental Health First Aid training would be desirable.
