Thomas Professional are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Employment Coach to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As an Employment Coach, you will:
- Work alongside students to understand their skills & abilities
- Contact prospect organisations to promote student work placements
- Deliver bespoke training and advice sessions on employability and work experience tutorials
- Assist in the selection process, matching students with suitable employers
- Build strong relationships with employers
- Track and record student progress against agreed work experience plans
To be successful as an Employment Mentor, you will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be experienced in developing relationships with companies or organisations
- Ideally have experience of working with young people (16-18 year olds)
- Have an understanding of education and qualification frameworks
- Experience in the digital industry would be advantageous, however, not essential
In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £28,500 per annum depending on experience.
