Full Time: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required as evening/weekend working may be required on occasion.

Salary: £28,045 - £31,363per annum; starting salary depending on skills, qualifications and experience

We’re looking for a Digital Communications Officer to deliver compelling multi-channel communications that drive student retention and recruitment at Cheltenham Ladies’ College – a globally respected brand in girls’ education.

This is an exciting time to join the team at CLC as we roll out a revised brand and audience focused approach to support College’s key strategic aims, amplifying CLC’s brand and mission to existing and new audiences, and driving financial resilience through the delivery of core commercial targets.

In this varied role, you’ll take responsibility for engaging our communities through digital storytelling and media channel management. With the Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of College’s online presence through our social media, podcasts and digital communications platforms.

You should have a relevant degree or communications qualification, and at least two years’ experience in a similar role, along with excellent copywriting skills, an eye for detail and an ability to tailor content to specific audiences. You will form part of the Communications and Marketing team, including an on-staff Photographer and Videographer.
