Community Manager
Gloucester
Location: ‘Gloucester North’ which includes centres in Kingsholm, Barton & Tredworth, and Linden
Salary: £40,476 per annum
Hours: Full time
As a member of the senior management team, you will support and develop a team of Family and Community Connectors, Centre and Volunteer Co-ordinators, and Volunteers in creating open access centres, embedded and connected to their neighbourhoods with a thriving community led timetable of activities and services. Using Asset Based Community Development principles your strategy will build upon the strengths of local people and organisations, become immersed in your community and connect with local stakeholders, schools, community organisations, and people.
