Community Volunteer
Whitminster
Community volunteers help raise funds and increase awareness of Teckels in the local area, championing our work and the animals we care for, and encouraging more people to support us.
What you’ll be doing
- Holding a stand at local fairs and events
- Bucket collections in supermarkets or Pets at Home
- Collecting donations and transporting them to the Centre
- Putting up posters, handing out leaflets, or sharing posts on social media
- Hosting a pub quiz, bake sale or fundraising events
What you’ll need
- Friendly and engaging, able to talk to a variety of people
- A passion for animals and Teckels, and the ability to share this with others
- Enthusiasm, proactive and willing to get stuck in
