demand.

We currently have an opportunity for a Fabricator / Welder to join our Manufacturing team at our
Cheltenham facility. This is a full-time position, working 39 hours per week.

You will be part of our in-house manufacturing team, working in a hands-on workshop environment
with modern equipment to produce high-quality fabricated components for the specialist machinery
we manufacture.

The Role

This position requires a skilled TIG and MIG Welder to carry out general fabrication tasks and
welding and assembly duties primarily working with stainless steel and other metals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding to specified standards
  • Fabricate box-section and tubular components in line with recognised welding standards
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Assist with final assembly of machinery we manufacture
  • Meet daily and weekly production targets
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding
  • Comfortable welding with and without jigs or fixtures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Available for an immediate start
