 Fords Garden Buildings Ltd is an independent family run company that has been installing high quality timber buildings; Garden Rooms, Garden Offices, Garden Gyms, Summerhouses, Garden Sheds, Bespoke and Commercial buildings for customers across Gloucestershire for over 40 years.

As a rapidly growing company we are looking for hard working, enthusiastic individuals to join our Installation Team.

We are looking for candidates with skills and experience in the following areas:

● Timber construction, joinery or general construction with timber
● Working with a variety of hand and power tools
● Timber cladding and decking fitting
● UPVC and aluminium window and door installation
● Laminate flooring, skirting and architrave works
● EPDM rubber roof installation
● Groundworks

Additional requirements

● A positive attitude
● Be physically fit
● Be punctual and reliable
● Be happy to work outdoors in all weathers
● Take pride in the quality and finish of your work
● Good problem-solving skills
● Current full clean driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
● Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
● Proven experience in multi-trade or building work; groundwork/carpentry/construction

Company benefits:

● Full time permanent employment
● 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
● Excellent rates of pay (depending on skills and experience)
● Regular individual reviews and further training (depending on skill level) with an increase in wages as you progress
