Company Overview Fibra Crop Solutions Limited has established a hemp decortication and processing facility in the Cotswolds, where they are producing fibre and shives/hurd from UK-grown hemp straw. Role Overview We are seeking a practical, mechanically minded Processing Plant Operator to help run and further develop a small industrial processing line handling hemp straw. This is a hands-on role working alongside one other experienced Mechanical Engineer, combining day-to-day plant operation with input into how processes, layouts and safety systems are designed and improved.
