*Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson - £20.00-£24.00 per hour*

Local Family run business is looking for a number of reliable, self-employed, multi‑skilled tradespeople to carry out works in occupied domestic properties on behalf of several local housing associations.

The role:

This role suits someone with proven experience in multi-trades who is confident working either independently or within small teams delivering high‑quality workmanship across various trades, ensuring client satisfacton and safety standards are met.

You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks, including:

* Carpentry: general repairs
* Plastering / Boarding: patch repairs and full walls
* Decoration / Tiling
* Basic Plumbing
* Minor electrical works
* General property, kitchen and bathroom repairs and maintenance
* Concreting / Groundworks

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Property Maintenance professional
* Strong general maintenance and repair skills
* Polite and professional communication when working in occupied homes, with the ability to speak respectfully with tenants
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently who will adhere to health and safety regulations throughout all phases of work and collaborate with project managers to ensure deadlines are met

* Full UK driving licence (essential) with own van / transport
* Own tools required
