Multi Skilled Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Static Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a retail contract covering Moreton-In-Marsh

• The salary is £36,631/pa + Door to Door pay.
• Monday Friday working 40-hour week
• Call out 1-in 4 (Monday to Friday, only for emergencies)
• after 40 hours
• Static - Moreton-In-Marsh

As a Maintenance Electrician you ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client s first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.

The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

Requirements

• 18th Edition
• Level 3 in Electrical Installations
• Commercial maintenance preferable
