Multi-skilled tradesperson

Multi-skilled tradesperson/handyman required on a long term, full time position with a well established Gloucester based contractor. This is a mobile position working across properties in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry work
• Basic plastering
• Painting and decorating
• Ensuring work is carried out efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson/handyman
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to work independently and mange workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Enhanced DBS
