Your new role This position will offer a broad range of duties to include; collection of outstanding debts from large client ledgers in order to reduce the aged debt, as well as posting and allocating to the customer account, assist with managing the direct debit process and answering queries promptly. • Actively chase overdue customer accounts via telephone and email to ensure cash collection is maximised • Set up, process and manage Direct Debit payments • Contact customers daily via telephone to chase bounced di
