Credit Controller
Gloucester
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £32,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely cash collection
Investigating and resolving queries by working closely with other departments
Posting and accurately allocating incoming payments
Uploading invoices to customer portals where required
Looking for ways to streamline and improve credit control processes
What We're Looking For
Previous credit control experience (essential)
Knowledge of Navision (advantageous, not essential)
Strong relationship-building skills
Calm and professional under pressure
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
