Immediate Start – 3 Month Contract

What you will be doing:
Managing customer accounts, ensuring invoices are paid on time
Chasing overdue accounts via phone and email
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
Building relationships with clients to resolve queries quickly
Reviewing and assessing creditworthiness of customers
Assisting with posting and reconciling transactions
Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc processing and data entry tasks

What we’re looking for:
Previous credit control experience – able to work independently from day one
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills (phone & email)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero)
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Exposure to wider finance processes would be an advantage

The Details:
Location: Evesham
Hours: 39.5 per week, Monday – Friday (option for shorter hours for the right candidate)
Contract: 3 months (ASAP start)
