Client Support Executive

When a client says yes, the real work starts. You'll be the person who makes sure they get exactly what they ordered, on the day they need it.

JSM Brand Exposure has supplied branded merchandise, print and corporate gifts to some of the UK's best-known businesses. We've been doing it for over 20 years, with our own 16,000 sq ft production and fulfilment site in Gloucester

The role

Our sales team wins the order, and you deliver it. Once a client confirms, the order is yours through to delivery.

You'll:

• Set up orders on our system and place them with suppliers or our in-house production team
• Prepare and check artwork proofs
• Track every order, liaise with suppliers and escalate early when something is at risk
• Be the client's day-to-day contact, updating them before they have to ask

You'll be running many orders at once, often for events with fixed dates. One wrong Pantone or misspelled name and the client notices, so accuracy is everything.

About you

• Experience managing orders, projects or customer accounts from start to finish in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear, friendly communication by email and phone
• Well organised and calm when things go wrong
• Comfortable with order management or ERP systems and Excel
• Experience in promotional merchandise or print is a bonus, but not essential

What you get

• £30,000 to £33,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays
• Full product and systems training
• A close team working with major UK brands
