Sales Negotiator/Customer Manager

We are looking to find a hard-working, positive and energetic estate agent to join our Stroud office.
We run a family style company where everyone is empowered and supported – the role is best suited
to someone that has a minimum of one year’s estate agency experience and is a competent and
confident sales negotiator and manages their clients to a high standard enhancing our strong
reputation.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player, self-motivated and possess
good IT/admin skills. They must be able to drive and have a car.

Hours of work: 8.45am – 5.30pm Mon to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am – 4.00pm with a day off
in lieu.
Remuneration: Basic salary + commission + incentive bonus
