Sales/Production Team Member

JPS Online is based in Cirencester. Established over 25 years we manufacture and supply printed and engraved labels, stickers and small signs.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new team member to join our small friendly team assisting internally with sales and production.

The job will involve:

• Sales order processing
• Working with our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• General administration tasks
• Working with digital engraving and printing machines.
• Packing and shipping

The person should have:

• Good literacy skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Be competent with Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of working with graphics (preferred)
• A keen eye for detail including colour observation and spelling
• An excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• Experience of a production environment (preferred)
• Good organizational, self-motivation and personable communication skills
• Training will be given in required areas

Employee benefits:

• Hours - Monday to Thursday 8am– 4.30pm (1 hour lunch)
•            Friday 8am - 3.30pm (30 min lunch)
• On site parking
• Holiday - 25 days
