Must have’s

• Proven experience in phone-based sales or telesales
• Success selling products in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Confident communication, objection-handling and closing skills
• Strong listening skills with a customer-first mindset
• Motivation to exceed targets and maximise earnings
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply product knowledge

Nice to have’s

• Experience within insurance or financial services
• Consultative or solution-led sales background

• Using internal systems to generate and compare quotes
• Explaining policy benefits in a clear and engaging way
• Confidently handling objections and converting enquiries into sales
• Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team targets
• Delivering high standards of customer service throughout the journey
