Must have’s

• Recent graduate, university student or someone looking to gain office experience
• Friendly, confident and professional approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive and eager to learn

So, what will you be doing?

• Managing incoming email correspondence
• Answering inbound telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
• Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
• Updating and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting with general administrative duties
• Assisting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
• Ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times

Helpful extras

• Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
• Full training will be provided
• Temporary assignment from Wednesday 5th August until between 17th August and 9th September
• Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
• Smart jeans or trousers to be worn (company T-shirt provided)
