Customer Sales Advisor

Due to continued growth, our client, who are a well-established family business and leaders in their sector, have a new exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in Cheltenham.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the branch, working independently to ensure customers receive exceptional service by taking full ownership of the sales journey from initial point of contact, handling all enquires and completion of sales. 

The ideal candidate will be confident working in a customer focused environment and able to build effective working relationships and have a positive can-do attitude.

Duties:
-Handling all customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
-Guiding customers through the full sales process
-Converting leads into bookings
-Promoting products and relevant services
-Managing bookings and keeping customer information up to date on CRM
-Completion of day-to-day admin
-Keep a well-presented and tidy site
-Monitoring maintenance needs and smooth operations
-Support with inbound sales and customer enquiries for unmanned facilities
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and site security procedures

Candidate Attributes:
-Experience in a customer facing environment
-Confident with working independently
-Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail
-Proactive and a willingness to learn and grow
-Full UK driving licence required

Hours – Full time - Tuesday to Saturday

Salary – up to £30,000 depending on experience + team bonus + free onsite parking + private medical insurance
