Customer Service Advisor

Gloucester

Shift Pattern: Week 1 Monday to Friday 0700 – 1600

                      Week 2 Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00

                      & 1 Saturday in 4 07.30 – 13.00

Role Overview:

Answering incoming calls to arrange various skip activities to meet customer needs.  Deliver admin where required to include working through the info inbox responding to customer queries and orders.  Deal with members of the public who come into the office to buy materials / place orders.
