Reed is thrilled to be partnering with a Cheltenham-based client to recruit enthusiastic Summer Temps.

Location: Cheltenham

Start Date: dates TBC circa start of August

Duration: 2 weeks, could be extended to 4 weeks

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 7:00pm (shift-based)

On-site Role Free Parking Provided

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including:

• University students home for the summer
• Experienced customer service professionals seeking a short-term assignment
• Semi-retired individuals looking for a few weeks of engaging work
• Retail or hospitality workers eager to gain office-based experience

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner
• Confident and proactive in engaging with people
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook)
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• High levels of literacy and numeracy
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Role Overview:

You'll be handling inbound calls and assisting individuals with applications.

Full training will be provided to ensure you're set up for success.
