Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls (60%) and complete administrative tasks (40%)
Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and lead times
Process orders using SAP/R3 and track them through to delivery
Coordinate with the despatch team to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Raise credit notes and manage product returns
Maintain customer databases and support external sales representatives
Produce weekly and monthly reports on backorders and fulfilment
Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and international clients
What You’ll Need:
Maths & English GCSE (Grades A–C or equivalent)
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of SAP or similar order processing systems desirable
Strong telephone manner and proactive attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
