Customer Service Assistant

We’re looking for upbeat and approachable Customer Experience Assistants to join and support our client through the busy Christmas season.
If you enjoy helping people, tackling challenges, and working in a lively, supportive environment, this could be the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage corporate orders and communicate with clients
- Offer product advice and prepare quotations
- Resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate customer service records
What We’re Looking For:
- A people-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Comfortable using IT systems and juggling multiple tasks
- Positive, resilient, and motivated to deliver excellent service
- Flexible to work some evenings and weekends during the festive season
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — full training provided
- A full driving licence and access to a car is essential
