A leading business in the energy sector are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, managing escalations, and ensuring a positive experience.
The role:
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complaints, billing issues, and technical queries promptly.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist and advise customers.
- Support with billing, payments, and account management.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years in customer service (energy sector experience a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional, empathetic approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Excel, billing systems, and CRM software.
