A leading business in the energy sector are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, managing escalations, and ensuring a positive experience.

The role:

  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve complaints, billing issues, and technical queries promptly.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist and advise customers.
  • Support with billing, payments, and account management.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years in customer service (energy sector experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Excel, billing systems, and CRM software.
