Outreach Co-ordinator
Remote – however ideally within 1 hour of Cheltenham office
About the Role:
As Outreach Co-ordinator, you'll manage high-volume inboxes, extract key data, and support outreach efforts. You’ll be trusted to handle communications with accuracy and efficiency. This is an exciting role, dealing with global communications and helping a fast-growing and important area of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and respond to emails swiftly
- Extract information and update CRMs/sheets
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Assist with outbound communication
- Maintain up-to-date records
You Should Have:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- CRM and email platform experience
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Discretion when handling sensitive data
