Full Time Office Administration Assistant
Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

We are a small, friendly & thriving Company, selling eyewear to independent Opticians. Due to expansion we are looking for a Full Time Office Administration Assistant.
Skills required :
- Good organisational ability, accuracy & attention to detail are essential
- Computer experience is essential. Knowledge of Sage or other stock control systems & Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are preferred but not essential as training will be given.
- A flexible approach is needed & willing to assist in other areas of the business as required.
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to stay calm & handle frustrating situations
- Forward thinking with ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Job includes :
- Picking & processing customer orders including invoicing on Sage
- Check & verify accuracy of supplier deliveries
- Quality evaluation & process of product & agent returns
- Processing customer credits & reports for warranty returns
- Customer service, support & processing of phone queries & orders
- Quality control of frames inc product maintenance & repairs
- Product stock management & development of this area
