We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Federation Administrator to support the smooth running of our schools and drive improvements in pupil attendance.
The post holder will work alongside staff and work with pupils and families to promote excellent attendance, improve punctuality and reduce levels of absence. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and updating the attendance system for pupils. The prospective candidate will promote and support high levels of pupil attendance and support pupils in achieving their full academic potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse attendance data across the Federation.
- Ensure accurate records in SIMS and produce regular reports.
- Work with staff and families to address persistent absenteeism.
- Manage staff training schedules and maintain compliance records.
- Provide confidential administrative support to senior leaders.

Salary: Grade 4 NJC scale (£26,403-£27,694 FTE) pro rata
Hours Per Week: 11 hrs per week, term time (38 weeks per year) plus 5 INSET days
