Must Have’s
- A degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Cosmetic Science or Packaging
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication – able to explain technical ideas clearly
- Great time and project management skills
- Eagerness to learn and apply complex technical principles
- Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks across multiple projects
Nice to have’s
- Experience in a packaging development environment
- Interest in sustainable packaging and product development
- Confidence working with global suppliers and manufacturers
So what will you be doing?
- Supporting packaging development from concept through to launch
- Collaborating with third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions
- Testing packaging and producing technical reports
- Attending NPD meetings and helping solve development challenges
- Assisting with packaging data, documentation and sustainability reporting
- Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external packaging suppliers
