Job Description Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience + car Location Charfield, Gloucestershire Hybrid working 2 - 3 days / week on site A high-impact commercial role driving the adoption and growth of Renishaw’s neurosurgical technologies across the UK & Ireland. You will combine commercial expertise with clinical engagement to secure new business, expand the installed base, and build long-term partnerships with leading neurosurgical centres. Responsibilities You will lead sales of Renishaw Neuro Solutions, including: neuromate® robot-assisted system Neurosurgical planning software DIXI and neuroguide® consumables Service offerings Supporting procedures such as DBS, SEEG, biopsy, and minimally invasive neurosurgery, you’ll manage the full sales cycle and drive growth across capital equipment and recurring revenue streams. Key responsibilities Deliver sales targets across capital, software, consumables, and services Develop and close high-value opportunities within complex NHS and private healthcare environments Build relationships with neurosurgeons, clinical teams, and procurement stakeholders Lead tenders and navigate healthcare procurement frameworks Grow market adoption and identify new centres Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and service teams Key requirements Essential: Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or similar Proven medical device sales experience, ideally capital equipment Track record selling complex, high-value solutions Understanding of UK/Ireland healthcare systems Willingness to travel extensively Preferred: Experience in neurosurgery, DBS, SEEG, or surgical technologies Background in robotics or navigation systems Established clinical network Key strengths Strong commercial and negotiation skills Confidence engaging with clinical stakeholders Strategic, relationship-driven approach Self-motivated and results-focused Benefits When you join Renishaw, we're committing to your future career.
