Must have’s
Degree educated or equivalent experience
Strong interest in sales, business development or a target driven environment
Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive attitude with a proactive and driven approach
Strong organisation and time management skills with good attention to detail
Resilient mindset with the ability to handle setbacks and stay motivated
Team focused with a collaborative outlook
Nice to have’s
Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
Exposure to working towards targets or goals
Interest in building a long term career within sales or recruitment
So, what will you be doing?
Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and research
Engaging with prospective clients and qualifying potential opportunities
Building strong professional relationships and understanding client needs
Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date with all activity
Working closely with senior team members to convert opportunities into business
Contributing ideas and best practice to improve team performance
Working towards and exceeding achievable targets
