We use a variety of specialist cleaning methods to meet our clients' needs, including traditional window cleaning, reach and wash (water-fed pole), mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), cradles and rope access (not required for this role).

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated Window Cleaner to join our established team, working alongside our established teams in the Cheltenham area.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, and has the confidence and ability to join a friendly team.

The successful candidate will join a crew and will need to work towards working independently while maintaining regular communication with our head office and customers. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities will include: (full training will be given)

• Delivering a consistently high standard of window cleaning across a range of commercial properties.
• Using traditional and water-fed pole cleaning methods safely and effectively.
• Following instructions from your crew leader(s)
• Maintaining positive working relationships with customers and site representatives.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Completing all necessary health and safety documentation, records and compliance paperwork.
• Communicating regularly & effectively with the office regarding daily work schedules, progress and any operational issues.

Whilst full training will be provided, previous industry experience will also be considered. More importantly, we want someone who will be a great fit for our team, has a positive can do approach and share our commitment to delivering an excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
• A problem solving attitude.
• A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
• The ability to adhere and abide by health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage workloads and use initiative.
• Experience working at height, being advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential as you will need to commute to the head office to meet your crew leader and share driving responsibilities.

A Few Things to Consider

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving outdoor work throughout the year and in varying weather conditions. Early starts are a regular part of the job, and no two working days are quite the same!

The position is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a three-month probationary period and undergo a DBS check. Interviews will take place at our head office in Cheltenham.
