Domestic Service Cleaner - DCAS

The Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a Domestic Services Cleaner, for 20 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.

Dean Close Airthrie School is a small, friendly and family-orientated school in Cheltenham with a strong Christian ethos. This role supports the school by maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff, helping to keep the buildings in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning designated areas of the school to a high standard.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing surfaces.
• Cleaning toilets, shower areas and internal windows.
• Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling.
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damage.
• Following health and safety regulations at all times.
• Supporting the wider team with any related duties as required.
