*Local Support Assistants – £13/hour | Flexible hours | Gloucestershire*

At Ellia, we’re looking for Local Support Assistants to help older people in Gloucestershire with the practical side of staying independent at home. That means cleaning, tidying, laundry and errands.

What you’ll do

• Clean and tidy kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms
• Help with laundry and ironing
• Change bedding, empty bins, and keep things organised
• Run local errands, such as picking up shopping or prescriptions
• Help clients feel in control of their space and day-to-day routine
• Drive between homes (always local – we match you with nearby clients)
• No personal care or companionship duties involved – this role is strictly practical.

• £13 per hour (PAYE) – reliable pay through payroll
• Flexible, casual hours – work offered on an as-and-when basis to suit your availability
• Paid holiday – pro-rated holiday pay for every hour you work
• Mileage reimbursed at 45p/mile between client visits
