Description
The Head of Supply chain & Operations will be responsible for;
- Developing and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
- Lead and mentor a team to drive supply chain excellence.
- Lead Production & Warehousing alongside Planning
- Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.
Profile
A successful Head of Supply Chain & Operations should have:

- Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
